SME companies are invited to select up to 6 learners to be trained at no cost for any one of the courses detailed below to a value of R30 000.

Programme 4 – Customer Care

 

Requirements

 

- All companies must be currently LEVY or NON-LEVY payers with the FOODBEVSETA

- Companies must have fewer than 49 employees

- All learners must take a copy of their ID on the first day of training or it can be sent to us via email or fax

     

Programme Credibility

 

The above short courses have been meticulously designed by certified computer and accounting lecturers who are also responsible for delivering the programme at state of the art computer centres. Learners will receive a Certificate of Completion after completing their course.

 

Dates

 

Companies and learners will be notified in advance with dates and times.

 

Times

 

Classes will commence at 9:00 sharp and conclude at 16:00.

 

Venue

 

All training will take place at the College of Cape Town - City Campus, Corner of Longmarket and Buitenkant Street. Learners will be given directions to lecture room on arrival at the City Campus.
